This local of chapter Pets on Wheels consists of a group of
volunteer teams (pet and handler) who visit nursing homes,
assisted living homes, homes for the handicapped and other

Community Kitchen
MCK warmly welcomes individuals and groups who are interested
in volunteering! The kitchen can handle up to groups of ten
from your school, church, or business. Groups or individuals
are encouraged to adopt a mail delivery route or other shifts
once a week or month. Food delivery is certainly not the only
volunteer opportunity. If you like to bake MCK has a need
for you! Kitchen hours are Monday through Friday from 7 A.M.
to 7 P.M. Volunteers can assist any time during these hours.
Duties typically involve food preparation and packaging, clean
up, and occasionally unloading food trucks and stocking the
pantries. Volunteers are asked to work one 2-hour shift per

Volunteers of Baltimore/Annapolis
With chapters in fourteen states plus the District of Columbia,
this non-profit organization is growing all the time. The
Baltimore/Annapolis chapter boasts 800 members. Working with
local charities from the Humane Society to Special Olympics,
this organization is effectively active in our community.
